What if I can't make my payments (on schedule)?
Milestone deposits (50%, 25%, and 25%) are due within 48 hours of completion of that milestone. At our sole discretion, late payments might incur 5% penalties unless you've discussed alternate arrangements with us beforehand. And should a payment be 5 or more calendar days overdue, unless you've received written (electronic is fine) confirmation that alternate payment/project arrangements are allowable and approved, you forfeit previous payments and deposits, as well as rights to content or images from the design project.

Should unexpected circumstances arise, just please ... make sure to contact me (Harmony Major) as soon as you know there'll be a change in your situation. Then, please also get written (electronic is fine) approval from me to modify your agreement, so that you can avoid any nasty late fees or project forfeitures.
