What guarantee(s) do you offer on design services?
When your design prototype is delivered in Milestone 2, if you're not completely satisfied with the direction your project is heading, I'll meet with you again to get a better idea of your vision and to determine what you'd like done differently.
I'm all about helping your visualization take shape. I'll work -- and continue working* -- until you're 200% ecstatic.
*So long as we're keeping in line with the outline you agreed to before the start of the project, we'll make up to two modifications to your design. ("Modifications" include tweaks and adjustments to the existing design, rather than complete overhauls.) Please bear in mind that if you'd like a major departure (ex: complete overhaul) from the original design plan, additional charges will likely apply (at our discretion).
In those cases, additional costs will of course be as reasonable and affordable as you've come to expect, and you won't incur any additional charges until YOU have approved the new direction, design plan, etc. In 99.995% of cases, though, additional charges are never needed and the project continues as originally agreed upon with a minimum of fanfare!
However, this is another big reason for using the milestone deposit process -- it protects your interests, too.
If you're dissatisfied with how the project is coming to life, you have the control to postpone future payments until things are progressing as you like. We just ask that you keep the lines of communication open in those cases, so that we can work with you, so you won't incur any additional charges.
Or if you'd like to cancel the project without attempting to make adjustments to the prototype or have any additional discussion about the design, that's fine, too. No-hassle refunds are offered on Chump Change Web Design-managed projects, minus a processing fee equal to 30% of the project cost.
But we'll continue to be honest: this has ever only happened with one Web design client in years of being in business. The vast majority of clients have been completely tickled with their finished product. :~)
